Return & Refund Policy

Within 30 days of delivery, we will refund the full amount paid for new, unopened items - minus the shipping cost.

Prior to returning any product, you must obtain authorization via email or phone.

Will pay the return shipping cost for an incorrect or defective item; then ship the correct item through an upgraded shipping method. Customers can expect to receive their refund within 2-4 weeks. This time frame estimate considers the return shipping transit time, an authorization check, and your refund processing time. Refunds are only issued via the original form of payment. 

We offer no return on any of our Software Products.

Software Products come with No Warranty and a No Refund Policy.

However, we offer free remote support for product installation if required.
*If your product is defective, we will replace it with the same product at no additional fee.
