Return and Refund Policy

All QuickBooks Desktop products offered are permanent, one-time licenses with no subscription required. Since these items include digital license keys and downloadable installation files, all sales become final once the license has been delivered.

14-Day Policy
• Customers have 14 days from the date of purchase to request assistance for installation or activation issues.
• During this 14-day period, we will provide full support to ensure successful installation and activation.
• Refunds are not issued during or after the 14-day period, because digital license keys cannot be returned once delivered.

Digital Products
• License keys and digital download links are non-refundable.
• Once software is delivered, activated, or accessed, it cannot be returned.
• We guarantee successful installation and activation with support provided to resolve any issues.

Physical Products (USB Installers)
• If a USB installer arrives damaged or defective, it will be replaced at no cost within 14 days of delivery.
• Returns are not accepted for opened or used USB drives containing software installation files.

Support Guarantee
• If you experience installation or activation issues, we will assist you until the software is working correctly.
• Refunds are not issued for technical issues that can be resolved through support.
